Trade Show Coordinator
Job Details:
The Trade Show Coordinator is responsible for all logistics pertaining to trade shows to maximize company product exposure. Reserves space, coordinates booth set-up and tear down and ensures necessary equipment, for display purposes, is on hand and in working order. May be involved in advertising. Requires excellent communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must keep track of the trade show budget.

The Senior Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for managing activities required to ensure an accurate accounts receivable system and collections process. Customer Support Representative
Job Details:
The Customer Support Representative is responsible for the project coordination of customer installations including contacting customer after services are ordered, walk them through the go live process, track and monitor customer progress to go live, assign tasks to Go-Live team as necessary to meet customers goals and expectations, and proactively follow-up with customers 30 days after go live to insure customer satisfaction. Additionally, this representative will be required to respond to incoming calls and emails from customers pertaining to go give and setup activities.

Tax Compliance Administrator

Job Details
Exciting opportunity for a senior level sales tax professional that wants to create their own destiny.

Description:
Oversee sales/use tax return preparation and review processes for Avalara clients. Responsibilities include working with development team in the design and mapping of Avalara tax engine transactional data to automated tax return processing module for all taxable states and localities, as well as performing on-going system enhancements and maintenance. Additional responsibilities would include performing tax research for all taxable states and localities relative to numerous industries including retail, manufacturing, service, construction, and high-tech.

Successful candidate will be expected to provide internal sales/use tax technical support to company personnel including sales/marketing, IT, quality control, business development, customer service and senior management. Other duties will include preparation and on-going maintenance of procedure manuals, performing sales/use tax audit defense, assisting clients with the mapping of taxability codes, requesting advisory and legal opinions on taxability issues from state taxing authorities as needed, and performing other special sales/use tax projects as assigned by management.

Requirements: Four-year degree in Accounting or Business with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of multi-state sales and use tax experience. Candidate must be well versed in sales/use tax return preparation and review, and must have a strong background in sales/use tax research and audit support. Additionally, candidate must have solid sales tax software automation knowledge and experience (i.e. Vertex, Taxware, Sabrix etc). Experience with small business ERP systems will be desirable, as well as ability to work well as part of a development team. A proven track record in problem resolution and the ability to perform complex analysis in a timely manner will weigh heavily in the selection process.
