Avalara and Epicor Form Alliance to Offer Automated Sales Tax Compliance to the Midmarket
Albuquerque, NM, August 14, 2006 — Sales tax technology provider Avalara and Epicor Software Corporation (NASDAQ: EPIC), a leading provider of enterprise business software solutions to the global mid-market, today announced an alliance whereby Epicor will integrate and offer Avalara’s full line of sales tax solutions – including Avalara’s innovative Web services-based sales tax automation solution - with Epicor’s suite of enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications.
