Training Opportunities for Customers and Partners
Avalara delivers practical training to help technology resellers and tax administrators maximize productivity while helping your clients achieve their sales tax compliance requirements. Whether you’re experienced with our products or working with AvaTax for the first time, our array of product training programs can provide you with the knowledge you need, in a format that works best for you. Avalara University
Avalara offers free weekly online training courses to all of our customers and Infinity Partners that cover a variety of topics related to the AvaTax dashboard, as well as services that enhance the AvaTax product. The weekly Avalara University training courses for the various ERPs review the configuration, set-up, and execution of the AvaTax product when integrated into the financial application. Each course lasts between 30 minutes and one hour, and covers general, high-level details of the AvaTax solution, Admin Console, and add-on features. AvaTax Admin Console A to Z Training
Avalara offers classroom-style training for our Infinity Partners. This course is designed for both AvaTax resellers and developer/programmer professionals to provide an intimate understanding of the AvaTax service capabilities. It is an intensive one-and-a-half-day course reviewing the AvaTax service and Admin Console interface, including:
- Review, set-up and configuration of the AvaTax service
- Exploration of the tax codes, tax rules, entity/use codes, and exemption certificates
- Analysis of transaction review, management, and reporting
Training locations: AvaTax A to Z classroom style training is offered at at various locations across the country. Sessions are held at our corporate headquarters on Bainbridge Island, WA once every other month and at other locations throughout the year.
