We are looking for an engineering leader who can fill and sustain a pipeline of innovations, working closely with product teams and other business units to ensure balance among competing priorities like new and emerging technologies, existing product roadmaps, market opportunity, customer demand, etc.
Beyond leading engineering, this leader should have a foundation in product management and design and be ready and eager to develop a new program from scratch and get buy-in from stakeholders around the company.

Experience defining product strategy, creating a roadmap and executing it,
Experience with B2B enterprise SaaS customers, processes and markets.
Deep understanding of product development processes, as well as larger business drivers and market forces.
Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
The flexibility to pivot, the strength to say no, an understanding of when to stop a project.
Experience communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units.
