The last quarter of the year is, traditionally, the busiest and most profitable time for ecommerce businesses. With the peak trading periods of Black Friday and Christmas edging ever closer, now is usually about this time of year that retailers look to firm up their plans for ensuring they can cope with demand, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

This year however will see the twin forces of COVID-19 and Brexit combine to pose businesses with complexities many would not have dealt with before. The increased numbers of people purchasing online over the past few months has meant many retailers are seeing demand for their products in new, international markets. This in itself brings a number of challenges which we will discuss in this webinar.

Will this be a normal year for these peak periods? Or will the resulting economic turmoil impact upon trade?

Join speakers from Avalara, Patchworks, SEKO & Shopify Plus In this webinar where we will discuss:

  • Typical mistakes retailers make in anticipation of the Black Friday
  • If this trading period will be more or less success than previous years
