 Colorado Local Sales Tax Rate Changes July 2012

Colorado has announced the following local sales tax rate changes effective July 1, 2012:

City

Lakeside Center PIF – Decreased from 2.1% to 0.6%

County

Larimer – Decreased from 0.8% to 0.6%

Rio Blanco – Added exemptions (D-E-M) for occasional sales by charitable organizations, farm equipment and school related sales.

Special District

Mesa County Local Improvement District Tax (LID) (Gateway) is now 1%.

Mesa County Local Improvement District Tax (LID)  (Whitewater) is now 1%.
