Mobile Alabama Joins State Sales Tax Holiday In July

The Mobile, Alabama City Council voted unanimously to “…join Mobile County and the state of Alabama in a sales tax holiday meant to encourage residents to buy disaster preparedness supplies.”

The resolution was sponsored by Councilwoman Bess Rich “…who touted it as an opportunity to stimulate the local economy while encouraging important safety measures.”
