Utah Full Member Streamlined Sales Tax State

The Streamlined Sales Tax Governing Board (SSTGB) reports that on “Friday, June 29, 2012 the Streamlined Sales Tax Governing Board unanimously approved full membership for the State of Utah. They will become a full member effective October 1, 2012.”

Utah recently released a bulletin describing their sales and use tax law changes for 2012. Changes were made to Utah law to enable Utah to come into full compliance with the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement for full membership approval.
