Kansas Recertifies SST Compliance

The Kansas State Recertification Letter to the Streamlined Sales Tax organization states that no changes were made to “…Kansas sales and use tax laws that raise any issues regarding the conformance of Kansas law with the Agreement.”

Kansas has recertified and updated the Certificate of Compliance and Taxability Matrix.
