Georgia Updates SSUTA Bulletin

Georgia has conformed to the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement (SSUTA) since January 1, 2011. It became a full member of the Streamlined Sales Tax Governing Board (SSTGB) on August 1, 2011.

On September 1, 2012, the Georgia Department of Revenue revised an informational bulletin regarding its conformity with the SSUTA.
