New Rates for Oklahoma Localities, April 2013


 Oklahoma: Several Rate Changes to Take Effect April 2013.

The Oklahoma Tax Commission has released new sales and use tax rates for several localities, effective April 1, 2013.

New sales and use tax rates:

  • Healdton: 4.00% (up from 3.5%)
  • Locust Grove: 4.0% (up from 3%)
  • Moore: 3.75% (up from 3.5%)
  • Tahlequah: 3.25% (up from 2.5%)
  • Blaine Co: 0.75% (up from 0.5%)
  • Carter Co: 0.75% (up from 0.4%)
  • Coal Co: 2.00% (up from 1.00%)
  • Johnston Co: 1.50% (up from 1.25%)
  • Payne Co: 0.813% (up from 0.75%)
  • Pontotoc Co: 0.875% (up from 0.688%)

New sales tax rates:

  • Stephens Co.: 0.70% sales (up from 0.55%)

New sales and use tax:

  • Paradise Hill: 3.00% (up from no tax)
