North Dakota Sales Tax Rate Changes, October 2013


 Upcoming North Dakota local sales tax rate changes.

The Office of State Tax Commissioner has announced two upcoming local sales, use, and gross receipts tax rate changes.

Effective October 1, 2013:

  • The sales, use and gross receipts tax in the city of Lidgerwood will increase by 1% to 2%. This rate increase is set to sunset in October 2013.
  • The sales, use and gross receipts tax in the city of Crosby will increase by 1% to 3%. This rate increase is set to sunset in September 2018.

The Office of State Tax Commissioner administers the sales, use and gross receipts tax for both Lidgerwood and Crosby.
