Numerous State Board of Equalization. All of the rates are on the rise.
Effective April 1, 2014:

In addition, two cities have opted to extend current tax rates that were set to expire on March 31:
- In the City of El Monte (Los Angeles County), the 9.50% rate is now set to expire on March 31, 2019; and
- In the City of Rohnert Park (Sonoma County), the 8.75% rate now has no expiration date.
