 In Eloy, Arizona, the tax rate for food purchased for home consumption is decreasing to zero, July 2014.

The City of Eloy, Arizona, is located midway between Tucson and Phoenix and is home to approximately 17,000 people. Effective July 1, 2014, the tax rate for food purchased in Eloy for home consumption will decrease from 3% to 0%.

The change is due to the passage of Ordinance Number 14-824, approved by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Eloy.
