Vermont Self-Audit Program Ends May 1, 2014

The Vermont Department of Taxes dares you to examine your records.

Know What You Owe, the voluntary Vermont Department of Taxes, ends on May 1, 2014. Businesses wishing to gain a better understanding of sales and use taxes must sign up to participate in the program by the first of May. Those that meet all program requirements will have penalties and 50% of owed interest waived.

Additional information is available on the Vermont Department of Taxes website.

Self-audits aren't daunting for businesses that rely on sales tax software.
