Oklahoma Extends Exemption for PTAs and PTOs


 Oklahoma extends sales tax exemption for parent teacher organizations.

 

Oklahoma lawmakers have extended a sales tax exemption for tangible personal property purchased by or sold to nonprofit parent-teacher associations or organizations. The exemption that was to sunset on July 1, 2014, has been extended indefinitely.
