TPT Rate for Paradise Valley, Arizona, August 2014

Sales tax rates stay the same, effective August 2014.

Effective August 1, 2014, the transaction privilege tax (similar to a sales and use tax) rate in the Town of Paradise Valley, Arizona, will remain 2.5%. The residential rental tax will remain 1.65%.

These rates are due to the passage of Ordinance Number 678, which repeals the sunset provision of Ordinance Number 627. Ordinance #627 had been set to expire on June 30, 2014. The rate notice is available on the Arizona Department of Revenue website.
