 Tempe, Arizona: the general sales and use tax rate is now the same as the rate for food for home consumption.

Effective July 1, 2014, the sales and use tax rate in Tempe, Arizona, decreased from 2% to 1.8%.

The 1.8% tax rate also applies to sales of food for home consumption, as it has since July 2010.
