Arizona Tax Rate Changes, March 2015

TPT rates to change in Bisbee, Arizona.

Earlier this year, the Arizona Department of Revenue announced spring rate changes for the Town of Camp Verde and the Town of Guadalupe. Additional changes have now been released.

Effective March 1, 2015, the following transaction privilege tax (TPT) rate changes take effect:

  • The City of Bisbee will increase TPT rates from 2.5% to 3.5% for all business classifications with the exception of severance-metal mining, which remains at 0.10%.
  • The Oro Valley will increase TPT rates from 2% to 2.5% for advertising, amusements, job printing, manufactured buildings, timbering and other extracts, publication, hotels, rental, leasing and licensing, restaurants and bars, retail sales, and transporting. All other rates remain as they were.
