Maryland 2015 Tax Amnesty

An amnesty period for delinquent Maryland taxpayers will run from September 1, 2015 through October 30, 2015. Civil penalties and half of the interest owed due to nonpayment or underreporting of applicable taxes will be waived for qualifying taxpayers who file and pay the taxes owed within the time frame established by the amnesty.
The tax amnesty program applies to the following taxes:
- Admissions and amusement
- Local corporate and individual income
- Sales and use
- Withholding
