West Virginia to Change Tax on Nursing Facility Service Providers


 West Virginia amends tax on gross receipts of nursing service providers.

The gross receipts of nursing facility service providers in West Virginia are currently taxed at a rate of 5.5%. Effective October 1, 2015, the rate will increase to 5.72%. Then, effective June 30, 2016, the rate will drop back down to 5.5%.
