Due to the expiration of the 0.5% Brown County Special Football Stadium District Sales Tax, the sales and use tax rate in Brown County, Wisconsin, will decrease this fall. The stadium tax funded the development of professional stadium facilities in Wisconsin.

Effective October 1, 2015, the new rate for Brown County will be 5%.
