Indiana Gas Use Tax Rate Change, September 2015


 Gasoline use tax in Indiana to decrease September 2015.

In Indiana, the use tax rate for gasoline will decline for the period September 1-30, 2015. The use tax rate is based on the average daily price for gasoline.

The rate in effect August 1-31 was 15.9 cents per gallon ($0.159). The rate in effect September 1-30 is 14.1 cents per gallon ($0.141).

State law requires the Department of Revenue to publish the gasoline use tax rate monthly. Indiana Department of Revenue.
