Internet Tax Freedom Act Extended Through December 22

 ITFA extended for a few more days.

Update 2.26.2016: ITFA has been made permanent with the enactment of H.R. 644.

1.4.2016: The Internet Tax Freedom Act (ITFA) is now set to expire October 1, 2016. See H.R. 2029, Section 633.

President Obama signed H.J. Res. 78 – Continuing Resolution FY 2016 on December 16. The bill makes further continuing appropriations for fiscal year 2016 and extends the Internet Tax Freedom Act (ITFA) another few days, through Tuesday, December 22, 2015.
