Local sales and use tax rates are subject to change quarterly in Oklahoma, and rate changes are generally announced as soon as they’re known. Currently, two are scheduled to take effect July 1, 2018, though more could arise as the third quarter approaches.

Municipal rate changes

  • The sales tax rate in Loyal will jump from 2% to 4%.
  • The sales and use tax rate in Wilson will increase from 3.25% to 4%.

Additional details are available at the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
