Several sales and use tax rate changes took effect in Oklahoma July 1, 2018.

Sales tax

  • The sales tax rate in Loyal increased to 4% (from 2%)
  • Stonewall increased the sales tax rate to 4% (from 3%

Use tax

  • Boley imposed a new use tax with a rate of 5%   

Sales and use tax

  • The sales and use tax rate in Weatherford increased to 4.5% (from 4%)
  • Wilson increased the sales and use tax rate to 4% (from 3.25%)
  • The sales and use tax rate in Okmulgee City increased to 1.583% (from 1.25%)
