Job Responsibilities


  • Strong technical understanding of Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
  • Understand and become conversant with Avalara's Workfront system setup.
  • Lead discovery meetings with teams to map current state process and data diagrams. Evaluate feedback and process with effectivity.
  • Create and maintain design documentation. Map future state process and data diagrams to recommend Workfront solutions. Advise on business, user, and systems requirements. Recommended solutions follow best practices, increase efficiency and effectiveness, and maintain application integrity.
  • Build and test functionality in alignment with best practices and design specifications.
  • Summarize specifications, design, features, and operation of new processes. Create how-to and troubleshooting articles. Maintain documentation as required in Confluence knowledge base to provide application integrity.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and obtain sign off from stakeholders.
  • Provide support and training on new features to maximize consistency and efficiency.
  • Determine training objectives and develop curriculum. Create course materials and other teaching aids as required. Ensure materials address all access levels, user personas, and reflect current product features.
  • Conduct virtual, technical trainings for users of varying skill sets.
  • Provide high quality support through resourceful, technical problem solving. Direct internal customers to correct resource or provide a resolution.
  • Resolve issues, requests, and bugs logged in the Workfront Support Queue. Provide timely, effective support. Ability to recognize need to escalate for more difficult problems. Develop preventative solutions as required.

Qualifications


  • 5+ years in Workfront Administrator role.
  • Adobe Workfront Core Developer Expert certification or equivalent.
  • 1+ years in Workfront Fusion Administrator role.
  • Adobe Certified Professional - Adobe Workfront Fusion certification preferred.
  • 1+ years experience in business process analysis.
  • 1+ years experience in workflow automation.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Slack, and Confluence.
  • Self-starter with enthusiasm, flexibility, and motivation.
  • Effective communicator. Able to engage stakeholders to understand their issues, articulate their needs, and implement feedback. Can explain difficult technical material clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of proficiency.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Can independently troubleshoot, utilize a knowledge base, and further investigate to fix a problem. Ability to identify resolutions to problems and select the best solution.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Technical writing experience preferred.
