To serve the needs of the clients of the Managed Services department by performing customer service and account management over email and phone, processing tax documents, and conduct customer contact campaigns. The Account Specialist is directly responsible for specifically assigned accounts and indirectly responsible for all other accounts.
Job DutiesMaintaining Customer satisfaction by meeting requests via e-mail and phone in a timely fashion.Analyzing data provided on tax exemption certificates for accuracy.Processing postal mail responses received via USPS on behalf of Managed Services Customers.Scanning and data entry of tax exemption certificates.Providing support for an inbound customer service phone line.
Required SkillsStrong background in customer service.Ability to work independently and within a team with an emphasis on personal time management & priority setting.Critical thinking.Capacity to learn proprietary technology and specialized subject matter content.Basic Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, & Word).
Preferred ExperienceBachelor's DegreeIntermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.Prior experience with: teaching and/or training, account management, and SaaS.
