Description

The Partner Development team is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Sr. Strategic Initiatives manager to help standardize strategic processes to optimize efficiency, profitability, and overall business performance. This is an internal-facing role that requires the ability to organize, synthesize and present information effectively to impact strategic decisions.

We are looking to add your talent and passion for working cross-functionally with multiple teams to document solutions and build playbooks for programmatic success.

Job Duties


  • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of business-critical projects and programs

  • Communicate Strategic project status, activities, issues, and risks to key stakeholders

  • Analyze performance data to measure goal achievement and adjust the solutions approach as required


  • Develop and optimize documentation to standardize internal business processes

  • Research, gather and present information to propose data-driven solutions

  • Leverage tools and systems to transparently track initiatives and share progress

  • Create feedback loop strategies to refine and improve new or changed practices

  • Present new ideas to multiple groups to help propel positive change management

Qualifications


  • 8+ years related project/program management experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree

  • 5+ years of leading strategic projects

  • PMI or PMP Certification preferred

  • Lean and/or Six Sigma certifications preferred

  • Concise and efficient communicator with an ability to present information in visual ways


  • Team-oriented with the ability to internally build relationships and work cross-functionally

  • Passion for learning new tools and platforms to optimize operational tasks and processes

  • Results driven, self-motivated go-getter with high business acumen


  • Required: PowerPoint, Excel, Word

  • Highly preferred (in order of priority): Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau

  • Not required, but nice to have: HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, SQL
