  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (2 years) in corporate environment

  • Job Requirements

  • Manage book of business as assigned by MS Management, ensuring Customers receive outstanding customer service.
  • Lead software and service implementations, successfully guiding Customers through each process relying on clear communication and task prioritization to ensure an efficient, exceptional experience.
  • Work with the immediate team and internal stakeholders to ensure that content in Exemption Certificate Management (ECM) application is up to date with relevant updates to tax exemption certificates.
  • Support MS Management in enhancing project velocity via streamlining internal processes and ad hoc support of monthly billing activities.
  • Review existing documentation and coordinate efforts within the direct MS team & other internal stakeholders to provide updates that enhance profile & understanding of Managed Services offering.
  • Communicate application & service feedback received from Customers to relevant Avalara stakeholders to support potential product and service enhancements.
  • Work with immediate team and direct Customers to properly format, upload, and quality audit data in the ECM application.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for queries received via internal ticket queues, coordinating responses with relevant stakeholders & providing prompt resolutions to direct Customers.
