Technological acumen Personal time management/priority setting Independent thinker Self-starter High attention to detail Microsoft Excel & Outlook proficient Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (2 years) in corporate environment Account management Previous experience in SaaS environment, emphasis on project implementation Ability to thrive in ambiguity Relationship building Knowledge of corporate billing and invoice processes Awareness of common CRM, ERP, and e-commerce software like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Shopify, NetSuite, Acumatica, Sage, etc. Manage book of business as assigned by MS Management, ensuring Customers receive outstanding customer service. Lead software and service implementations, successfully guiding Customers through each process relying on clear communication and task prioritization to ensure an efficient, exceptional experience. Work with the immediate team and internal stakeholders to ensure that content in Exemption Certificate Management (ECM) application is up to date with relevant updates to tax exemption certificates. Support MS Management in enhancing project velocity via streamlining internal processes and ad hoc support of monthly billing activities. Review existing documentation and coordinate efforts within the direct MS team & other internal stakeholders to provide updates that enhance profile & understanding of Managed Services offering. Communicate application & service feedback received from Customers to relevant Avalara stakeholders to support potential product and service enhancements. Work with immediate team and direct Customers to properly format, upload, and quality audit data in the ECM application. Serve as primary point of contact for queries received via internal ticket queues, coordinating responses with relevant stakeholders & providing prompt resolutions to direct Customers.
