Bainbridge Island, WA – July 12, 2013 – Avalara, the market leading provider of sales tax and compliance automation services in the cloud, today announced the appointment of Peter Horadan as its executive vice president of engineering. Horadan has served as a technology executive for private and publicly traded companies, most recently as senior vice president of engineering and client services for Scout Analytics, Inc.
Horadan’s extensive background includes leadership positions in engineering, operations, and client services, as well as track record of creating industry-leading commercial software products.
