Chris has worked in the insurance premium tax (IPT) field since 2008 and has been at the forefront of some of the major changes in the compliance market and system developments. Chris is dedicated to helping insurers navigate the market challenges and implement systems, processes, and procedures to achieve optimal tax compliance whilst being cost-effective. Stefan Kim is a Senior Manager for the Avalara Global Support Organization and Customer Success departments. He works with the implementation, support, development, and knowledge and learning teams to help drive customer experience improvements. His primary responsibilities are to engineer efficiency and manage internal and external training programs. Working alongside the marketing and loyalty business units, Stefan has delivered hundreds of CPE accredited sales tax technology training sessions across the United States and the UK for past five years. Stefan studied history and philosophy at Walla Walla University.

Tricia Braga is Director of Tax Content at Avalara Brazil. Graduated as a lawyer and post graduated in Tax Law, she has more than 20 years of experience in the fiscal market in Brazil. Perceiving the great expansion of technology in the fiscal market, before joining Avalara she was a partner in several companies specialized in digital compliance and automation. Tricia is focused in assisting companies to improve their tax compliance process through the constant study of the current legislation and its future changes.

Ruby Buckland has 20 years of experience in indirect taxes and tax management consulting. She is a Sales Director in the EMEA practice and works with Enterprise and Mid-Market businesses to determine their needs and potential fit with Avalara global solutions. Prior to joining Avalara Ruby worked at two of the Big 4 firms on tax technology implementations, indirect tax strategy and outsourcing engagements.

James is the Director of Business Development at Parcelhub. Parcelhub is a multi-carrier shipping and ecommerce customer services solution. Parcelhub offers shippers of both B2C and B2B parcels the ability to deploy free integrated software, enabling them to acquire shipping rates based on shared, co-operative volumes of all other shippers using the solution.

David Cozens is Senior Sales Manager for Avalara EMEA, with experience working across the indirect tax, legal and finance sectors selling Enterprise SaaS solutions to board level executives.

Jake Estes is a EMEA Solutions Engineer, for Avalara, the global leader in sales tax and VAT automation. For five years Jake has helped businesses utilise Avalara’s solutions to manage their US and global indirect tax compliance. Jake holds degrees from Washington State University (BA) and the University of Buckingham (MBA).
