Russia drops plans to exempt B2C software sales

Plans to VAT exempt the sales of software sold to consumers (non-taxable persons) have failed to obtain from approval.

There was a plan to change the Russian VAT Tax Code from 2015 for ten years.   However, it has failed to gain support from the Russian government.
